01Using Ballchemist
Ballchemist is a football data and theory testing service. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. Some features are only available to members.
02Your account
You are responsible for the details you give us and for keeping your login safe. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
You may close your account at any time by writing to us.
03Plans and billing
Paid plans renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You keep paid features until the period you paid for ends.
Prices and plan details are shown on the Subscription tab of your profile and may change with notice.
04Theories and results
Theories, hit rates and other results are produced from historical data. They describe what happened in the past and are provided for information only.
We work to keep the data accurate, but we cannot promise that it is complete or free of errors.
05Not betting advice
Ballchemist does not offer betting tips, picks or financial advice. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to place a bet. See the Gambling Disclaimer for more.
06Acceptable use
Do not copy the service at scale, interfere with it or use it to break the law. Do not try to access data or accounts that are not yours.
We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
07Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, data presentation and software belong to Ballchemist or its licensors. Your own theories remain yours and you allow us to store and run them so the service works.
08Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ballchemist is not liable for losses that come from relying on the service or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When a change matters we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect.
